Job summary

M365connect is seeking an experienced Microsoft AI Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions. You will work remotely, leading projects from discovery through deployment and ongoing improvement, coordinating internal and outsourced contributors across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform.

Responsibilities include building AI agents with Copilot Studio and Foundry, developing Power Automate workflows, and ensuring secure, reliable cloud operations while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Production solutions with Copilot Studio, Foundry, and Power Automate.
• Experience building AI agents connected to business data, tools, and APIs.
• Knowledge of Power Automate cloud flows, connectors, approvals, and troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph.
• Hands-on coding in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or PowerShell; GitHub workflow familiarity.
• Ability to administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Build AI assistants using Copilot Studio and Foundry; connect to business data.
• Develop Power Automate workflows with validation and monitoring.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform environments end-to-end.
• Coordinate outsourced contributors and mentor colleagues.
• Assess AI output quality, grounding, latency, and costs; ensure security.
• Translate requirements into milestones and verifiable acceptance criteria.
• Lead technical delivery with stakeholders and maintain documentation.
