SupportNinja is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to develop and implement AI solutions addressing business needs. You will work with senior engineers and data scientists to research, design, and deploy AI/ML models that improve chatbots, predictive analytics, and data workflows.

You will prepare data, engineer features, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure robust model performance and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of AI/ML Engineer experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including supervised/unsupervised learning, DL, and NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries.
