Integr8.co is hiring a hands-on builder to orchestrate AI-powered marketing automation across keyword research, content creation, AI visuals, and outreach. You will split time between building automations and shipping live outputs, coaching teammates, and ensuring measurable pipeline growth.

Setup: fully remote in the Philippines, with at least 4 hours overlap with Europe. Tools include Claude Code, AI stack, and CRM like Pipedrive.

Competenze

• Real curiosity for new technology; you test new models, tools and APIs on your own time.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, including writing your own skills, agents or MCP setups.
• You have shipped at least one automation that other people use, at work or on a side project.
• You learn new topics fast. Give you a week with SEO, cold outreach or a new API and you can do useful work.
• You write clear English and can tell when AI text sounds like AI.
• You care about results more than tools. A new tool is only interesting if it moves a number.

Mansioni

• Content engine: build a pipeline from keyword research to brief, draft, illustrations, internal links and publishing. Quality check every piece before it goes live.
• SEO and AI visibility: own rankings and how often ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude mention us. Run the backlink and listing outreach agent and keep it within our sending limits.
• Website: ship landing pages, comparison pages and updates through agents. Work with our web engineer on anything structural.
• Video and visuals: turn product features into short demo videos and graphics using our AI video and illustration stack.
• Sales support: build tools that help sales: prospect research, outreach sequences, CRM hygiene in Pipedrive, call prep briefs.
• Business automation: find manual work anywhere in the company (billing, reporting, onboarding) and automate it with Claude Code and skills.
• Measurement: every system gets a dashboard and a target. You report weekly on what moved and what did not.
• You will also coach the team.
