Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Agents) to design and implement multi-agent coordination frameworks for long-running workflows across distributed systems. You will develop robust tool-calling mechanisms and API integrations to extend autonomous agents, and optimize reasoning using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen with strong observability.

Qualifications

4+ years in software engineering focusing on AI systems.
Experience building multi-step agentic systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Python proficiency with observability for long-running workflows.
Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

Design and implement multi-agent coordination frameworks for long-running workflows.
Develop tool-calling mechanisms and API integrations for autonomous agents.
Orchestrate agentic reasoning and planning using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Optimize agent performance with observability and context management.
Ensure reliability and safety of agentic systems with guardrails.
Collaborate with product teams to turn goals into agent personas and tasks.
