Job summary

Intro Recruitment Asia seeks an experienced backend engineer to design and deliver AI-enabled components and agent workflows for enterprise-scale systems. You will build multi-step workflows, integrate LLMs, and ensure reliability and security across production services.

The role requires strong coding in Python and/or C#, hands-on AI model experience, and tooling like LangChain, vector databases, and observability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience developing backend or service-based systems.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or AI-enabled systems.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills across APIs, data flows, and AI system behavior.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-enabled application components and agent workflows.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and operational supportability of deployed solutions.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise APIs and internal systems, including robust handling of retries and edge cases.
• Implement tool calling, function orchestration, and compensating actions for workflow stability.
• Deploy AI services to production and monitor logs, traces, and metrics for issue resolution.
