BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and ship pipelines that integrate with LLM providers and platforms. The role leads internal AI-driven initiatives from concept to production and builds agentic systems with tool use, agent loops, function calling, and structured outputs.

You will use AI coding agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining full accountability for code quality, collaborating across teams in a 100% remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Deep expertise in agentic system design and related concepts.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integrations.
• Comfort with AI-assisted coding in daily workflows.
• Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks.
• Background with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, Bedrock; Anthropic preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
