Job summary

Paired is seeking a high-level Graphic Designer with a strong focus on AI-driven creative workflows. This role goes beyond execution, requiring strategic thinking, effective AI tool direction, and production-ready designs across multiple surfaces with a biotech aesthetic.

You will handle prompt engineering, AI asset generation, and refinement into production-ready outputs using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. The position is fully remote as a global contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Suite, Figma and AI design tools (Gemini, Claude).
• Proficient in prompt engineering and producing production-ready assets.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality visual concepts using AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, and others).
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to control output quality, style, and consistency.
• Design creatives that align with a clean, modern biotech aesthetic.
• Contribute to both creative direction and execution.
• Collaborate internally to iterate on concepts and improve output quality.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and continuously improve workflows.
• Refine and elevate AI-generated assets using: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma.
