Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. is seeking a skilled Graphic or Creative Designer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to contribute to multi-brand campaigns for global accounts.

This role requires a degree in Graphic Design or related field, high proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud on macOS, and a strong portfolio. You’ll switch between brand styles, support pre-press standards, and use AI tools like Generative Fill, Firefly or Midjourney to speed editing, plus edit short videos for social media.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as a Graphic or Creative Designer, preferably with multi-brand or global accounts.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) on macOS, backed by a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to switch easily between different brand styles, with a solid understanding of pre-press printing standards.
• Practical experience using AI features like Generative Fill, Firefly, or Midjourney to speed up editing and visual work.
• Ability to edit short videos and social media clips using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English for smooth teamwork with regional colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update style guides across all hotel and venue properties so every design looks and feels on-brand.
• Create print and digital visuals for menus, ad campaigns, email newsletters, and venue signage.
• Take marketing briefs, turn them into visual designs, and resize them for websites, social media, and print formats.
• Set up precise design files (checking colors, image resolution, and cut lines) so printers get error-free artwork.
• Use AI design tools like Midjourney or Adobe Firefly for quick image edits and generation, and edit basic videos or motion graphics for social media.
• Work with regional marketing teams to meet deadlines and keep shared design libraries and templates organized.
• Double-check all text, prices, fonts, and layouts before publication, and track project status in a design log.
