Job summary

EverAI Limited is a fully remote company seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for users. You will onboard, support, and build strong relationships, helping with inquiries, resolving issues, and advocating for user needs.

You will handle billing questions, escalate technical issues, and contribute to knowledge base improvements in a fast-paced, global team. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer support, community management, or a similar role.
• Ability to provide effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Familiarity with Discord, email-based support systems, and ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by email and other channels, resolving them on first contact where possible.
• Troubleshoot product issues and explain features clearly to each customer.
• Handle billing and subscription questions, including refunds, in line with policy.
• Escalate technical issues with clear details to avoid repetition by customers.
