Job summary

CodeRoad is seeking an Intermediate Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and agentic workflows. You will orchestrate autonomous systems using LLM frameworks, RAG, and MCP to connect with client ecosystems and enterprise data sources.

You will work under senior technical leaders to own core components, build evaluation pipelines, implement security guardrails, and improve the AI development lifecycle. Advanced English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience building LLM-based, RAG, or agentic AI applications.
• Proficiency in Python and AWS Bedrock for production-grade AI systems.
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK for multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design & Build: create production-grade AI agents, state management, and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK.
• Integrate & Orchestrate: connect AI agents to enterprise tools and platforms via MCP and function calling.
• Optimize Knowledge Retrieval: implement high-performance RAG pipelines with Pinecone or Weaviate and semantic search.
• Evaluate & Secure: run automated evaluations, regression tests, and safety guardrails to protect data.
• Deploy & Monitor: deploy on AWS Bedrock and monitor with LangSmith, Langtrace, or AgentOps.
