Job summary

Vibehackers is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deploy enterprise Generative AI solutions using Gemini and Vertex AI on Google Cloud. You will design AI agents and agentic workflows, and work directly with customers to translate business problems into AI-enabled outcomes.

In this role you will optimize performance, cost, security, and governance, integrate LLM-based apps with enterprise systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful GenAI deployments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or consulting.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform and Vertex AI tooling.
• Experience in building enterprise AI solutions and customer-facing delivery.
• Familiarity with AI agent development and prompt engineering.

Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) responsible for building and deploying enterprise AI solutions using Gemini and Vertex AI. Design AI agents and agentic workflows with the Vertex AI Agent Development Kit (ADK) and partner directly with customers to solve business problems using GenAI.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging Gemini and Vertex AI.
• Design AI agents and agentic workflows using the ADK.
• Develop applications that use Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and APIs.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and cloud services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Optimize model performance, cost, security, and governance.
• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience with Gemini, Vertex AI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience in AI agent development and prompt engineering.
• Customer-facing consulting experience and strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Exposure to MLOps and AI deployment frameworks.
