ConnectOS in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Affiliate Coordinator to manage affiliate links, ensure tracking accuracy, and support monetization optimizations across our websites. You will collaborate with operations and BI teams to maximize revenue from affiliate partnerships.

The role requires 1–2 years in affiliate coordination, basic tracking knowledge, and strong attention to detail. A dynamic, proactive candidate will thrive in our fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Coordination.
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and tracking links (UTMs, redirects).
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and CMS/backend systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot link errors or setup inconsistencies.
• Proactive and organized, with willingness to learn and support cross-team tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain affiliate tracking links using Routy and internal systems.
• Update toplists, banners, and bonus offers across websites based on commercial priorities.
• Ensure correct link tracking and redirect logic across all placements.
• Assist with geo-targeting, fallback logic, and bonus visibility updates.
• Support implementation of new operators and campaigns across assets.
• Help monitor and troubleshoot broken or incorrect links and elevate as needed.
• Coordinate with BI and CRO teams to support A/B tests and performance reviews.
• Keep documentation and campaign trackers up to date.
