Job summary

AnyMind Group Philippines is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and activate a network of brand-aligned affiliates. You will coordinate briefs, content, and materials while building strong relationships to drive engagement and long-term partnerships.

You will monitor performance, analyze data, prepare reports, and identify optimization opportunities across campaigns. A fast-paced, collaborative environment with growth potential awaits in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Experience preparing reports and presenting campaign performance insights is an advantage.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms is an advantage.
• Proactive and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, onboarding, and activating affiliates aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates to drive engagement and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinating campaign briefs, product seeding, promotional materials, and content requirements.
• Monitoring affiliate performance and identifying opportunities to improve sales, content output, and campaign effectiveness.
• Reviewing affiliate content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Tracking campaign deliverables and ensuring timely execution of affiliate activities.
• Preparing performance reports and providing insights on affiliate performance and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Supporting branded affiliate initiatives that contribute to business growth and revenue targets.
