Job summary

You’ll ensure fast, on-brand responses, clean data, and timely payouts, while spotting promoter potential and proposing process improvements for scale. This role requires precision, async work capability, and collaboration with a US-based team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer operations, or a detail-driven coordination role.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (ShopMy, LTK, Impact, or similar).
• Excellent written English and ability to handle high-volume promoter messages.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort using platforms/tools without heavy hand-holding.
• Experience with spreadsheets/data tracking for payout and performance.

Responsibilities

• Promoter Communication: act as primary contact, onboard new promoters, and send updates promptly.
• Program Administration: manage ShopMy platform, code assignment, commissions, and payouts.
• Reporting & Coordination: pull performance reports and support seasonal campaign rollouts.
