Job summary

Star Digital Marketing Solutions Inc. in Manila is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to support planning, execution, and scaling of influencer and affiliate campaigns across TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram.

You will analyze performance, manage multiple campaigns, and coordinate deliverables while collaborating with internal teams. The position offers growth opportunities in a dynamic ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram influencer ecosystems
• Experience in creator sourcing, outreach, and relationship management
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop / Shopee Affiliate programs and basic GMV concepts
• Knowledge of influencer tiers (Nano, Micro, Macro, Celebrity) and how to scale campaigns
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for creator and brand coordination
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of contracts, usage rights, and creator deliverables is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze content performance (views, engagement, conversions, sales)
• Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and ongoing creator relationships
• Coordinate influencer deliverables, timelines, and campaign requirements
• Collaborate with Talent, Affiliate, Finance, and Ads teams
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and campaign documentation
