Job summary

MicroSourcing is looking for a Digital Advertising Trainer to upskill staff in ad operations from home in the Philippines. You will deliver welcoming, refresher, and advanced training, translating complex campaigns into clear learning materials.

Develop practical exercises, assess readiness, and coordinate with SMEs to ensure compliance, data security, and high-quality learning outcomes across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of two years hands-on Ad Operations experience and related campaign activities.
• Experience delivering structured training, onboarding, or coaching in Ad Ops or another discipline.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery and Facilitation: deliver new-hire, refresher, remedial, and cross-training.
• Curriculum and Documentation: create materials, assessments, SOPs, and job aids.
• Assessment, Readiness, and Skill Reviews: conduct knowledge checks and evaluations.
• Post-Training Support and Collaboration: coach nesters, track outcomes, and share findings.
