Job summary

Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support fast-paced finance operations, owning day-to-day AR tasks, invoicing, cash applications, and customer communications.

You will partner with Sales, Success and Finance to drive revenue collection, ensure accurate AR records, and help improve AR reporting in a data-driven team. Hybrid work arrangement with US hours; training onsite at One Ayala, Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year program).
• At least 2 years of accounts receivable or similar experience.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of AR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AR aging and identify delinquent accounts.
• Communicate with customers about balances and payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Success, and Finance to resolve AR issues.
• Maintain accurate AR records and payment details.
• Assist in month-end close and AR reconciliations.
• Generate AR reports and track collection metrics.
• Ensure compliance with AR and revenue policies.
• Support system improvements and cross-functional projects.
• Work on US business hours and cross-functional initiatives.
