Job summary

PlanetArt is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator in the Philippines for a fully remote, contractor-supported role within the G&A Finance team. You will review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensure 3-way matching, reconcile statements, and support month-end close from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time.

You should have experience with financial systems, strong accounting knowledge, high-volume transaction handling, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices using 3-way matching (invoice, purchase order, and receiving report).
• Review verify and process vendor invoices.
• Reconcile accounts payable vendor statements.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close.
• Attach invoices and approval to JDE.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
