Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing, accounts payable, and general accounting tasks.
• Process, organize, and track invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank and account statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and AppFolio.
• Monitor accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Assist with financial reporting and account management.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
