Job summary

Scalable OS in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Manager to lead disbursements, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain meticulous financial control across multi-region operations.

You will manage tax compliance (BIR/LGU), payroll-related tasks, month-end closings, and ensure timely filing of returns while coordinating with external auditors and regulators. This role offers a long-term remote arrangement and a chance to drive financial integrity across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• CPA with at least six years of accounting experience.
• Strong background in taxation and audit.
• Experience with QuickBooks accounting system.
• Knowledgeable in payroll systems.
• Knowledgeable in LGU, BIR, and SEC compliance requirements.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and good judgment.
• Experience handling multi-region finance and payroll preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure BIR compliance by preparing and filing returns and various tax forms.
• Liaise in the renewal of local permits such as Sanitary Permits, Mayor's Permits, and others as deemed necessary.
• Process payment requests once approved and issue 2307 forms.
• Participate in the month-end closing of the company's books.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other necessary schedules.
• Handle other matters as required by the position.
