You will work onsite with a detail-oriented team, apply GAAP, and use QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, and Excel while ensuring tax compliance. A bachelor's degree is required; CPA is a plus. Strong analytical and organizational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Yardi Voyager, Xero) and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, records, and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable with timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
