Sharesource is seeking an experienced Accountant to support month-end reporting, reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll, and day-to-day accounting operations. The role focuses on Australian payroll, compliance with SCHADS Award and STP, and extensive use of Xero and related tools.

The ideal candidate will have strong Australian accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to analyse financial data, maintain records, and support financial decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong Australian payroll knowledge including STP, PAYG, superannuation, and BAS/IAS familiarity.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Xero and related add-ons (Hubdoc, Ezidebit).
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Aufgaben

• Process fortnightly payroll using Visual Care timesheets and Xero Payroll, ensuring SCHADS Award compliance.
• Manage STP reporting and year-end finalisation.
• Handle BAS and IAS lodgements and reconcile payroll taxes and superannuation.
• Administer SAH/NDIS-related invoicing and client billing workflows.
• Maintain supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations in Xero and Visual Care.
• Prepare management reports and monitor cash flow.
