Bossjob, a fully remote performance marketing agency helping ecommerce brands grow with strategy, creative development, and campaign execution, seeks a Digital Marketing Account Specialist / Generalist.

You will manage day-to-day account operations across multiple clients, coordinate with the Service Delivery team, lead campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables across channels.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years in digital marketing, account management, or agency roles.
• Ability to lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of major digital channels and platforms.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day account management based on assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery (SD) team on campaigns and requests.
• Lead campaign planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues with SD teams.
• Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Calendar management and ensuring up-to-date schedules.
• Assist in channel executions (social, email, paid, Amazon, blogs, Shopify, Google ecosystem).
• Ensure tasks progress through production pipeline with clear updates.
• Understand quality, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Provide direction based on client requests and campaigns.
• Manage deliverables, deadlines across SD team for clients.
• Ensure AMs have updates at shift start.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, tools, best practices.

Formazione
