Fresh Prints is seeking a visionary Senior Account Growth Strategist to craft a long-term growth model for its highest-value accounts. You will combine customer insights, data, segmentation, and operational execution to identify opportunities that dramatically increase account value and retention.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across Marketing, Sales, Creative, Data, and Operations to turn strategy into scalable actions, shaping governance and rhythms for sustained growth from quarter

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing, growth strategy, customer strategy, revenue strategy, or related strategic role.
• Track record of delivering significant, measurable improvements in account growth, retention, expansion, or customer value.
• Experience building a new strategy, capability, or operating model, not only managing an established function.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to connect customer insight, data, and business economics.
• Ability to drive meaningful outcomes across teams without relying on formal authority.
• Strong executive communication, including presenting recommendations and securing buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term growth strategy for Fresh Prints’ highest-value accounts.
• Identify, segment, prioritise, invest in, retain, and expand key accounts over time.
• Build an operating model that works as chapters, decision-makers, relationships, and buying cycles evolve.
• Translate strategy into execution through ownership, cross-functional influence, and scalable systems.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Creative, Data, and Operations to drive growth.
