Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day revenue cycle management and AR responsibilities for high-volume claims and denials.
• Investigate denied/aging claims, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution.
• Monitor payer portals and follow up to ensure timely resolution and reimbursement.
• Identify denial patterns, implement preventive actions, and improve turnaround times.
• Collaborate with RCM team to optimize workflows and introduce automation where feasible.
