Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit required.
• Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for precast concrete components.
• Produce shop drawings and installation drawings from BIM models.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

Skills

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure)

Experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection

Knowledge of precast detailing practices

Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM standards

Strong attention to detail
