Job summary

HR Primo Management Services is seeking an experienced Rematado Manager to oversee the valuation, inventory, pricing, sale, and disposition of unredeemed pawned items in Ortigas, Pasig City. The role requires strong leadership in rematado operations and a thorough understanding of asset disposition.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with multiple teams, and develop pricing strategies to maximize recovery value while maintaining accurate records and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or any related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in pawnshop operations, rematado, appraisal, asset disposition, inventory management, or related work.
• Direct experience in pawnshop operations, appraisal, or handling pawned/unredeemed items is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of valuation, pricing, inventory control, item disposition, and sales.
• Experience handling jewelry, gadgets, appliances, or similar high‑value merchandise is an advantage.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is required.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.
• Good communication, coordination, and people‑management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day rematado operations and ensure proper processing of unredeemed pawned items.
• Manage inventory, aging, movement, and disposition of rematado items.
• Review and validate appraisal, valuation, and pricing of jewelry, gadgets, appliances, and other merchandise.
• Ensure proper documentation, tagging, recording, safekeeping, and inventory controls.
• Monitor items from pawn expiration through rematado processing and eventual sale.
• Develop pricing and disposition strategies to maximize recovery value and profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, aging, pricing, and sell-through.
• Coordinate with Branch Operations, Appraisal, Treasury, Accounting, and Sales teams.
• Conduct inventory checks and address discrepancies, losses, or control issues.
• Supervise, coach, and monitor staff involved in rematado operations.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, valuation, sales, aging, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable requirements.
