Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Preferably licensed/registered Civil Engineer
• Knowledgeable in quantity surveying principles
• MS Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
• Experience of 1–2 years in relevant field
• Highly adaptable in fast paced work flow and able to communicate professionally

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost data for proposals and contract negotiations
• Establish quote priorities based on evaluation and analysis of overall opportunities
• Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports
• Performs performance monitoring and control functions for specific applications, including the consistent use of applicable procedures
• Provide financial reporting, trending data
• Perform data analysis and development
