Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering or Civil Engineering with materials specialization.
• PE license preferred but not mandatory.
• 5+ years experience in material testing, quality control, and construction support.
• Knowledge of DPWH Standard Specifications & Manual of Tests.
• Proficient in laboratory test procedures, documentation, and reporting.
• Review and approve material submittals, mix designs, and supplier certifications.
• Monitor material quality during delivery and on-site placements.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, project engineers and QC teams.
• Investigate material failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance during testing and inspections.
• Willing to be deployed to San Pablo, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Conduct materials testing and QC for on-site projects.
• Review submittals, mix designs and supplier certifications.
