• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a licensed civil engineer preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction projects and progress billing.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and basic engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage horizontal construction works.
• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules and work programs.
• Prepare and process progress billings, including take-offs and reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with plans, safety standards and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality, cost and timelines.
• Prepare technical reports, daily logs, and project documentation.
• Assist in cost control, variation orders, and project close-out activities.
