Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Reliability Engineering Expert for Mechanical Systems to lead analysis and optimization of plant mechanical assets across CBK operations. You will drive asset management practices, oversee maintenance strategies, and ensure reliability and cost effectiveness through proactive interventions.

This managerial role requires deep expertise in life cycle management, RCA, APM, and data analytics, with a focus on energy reliability and risk mitigation across renewable assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in engineering or a related technical field, preferably within the power generation or renewable energy sector.
• Minimum 10 years in a management or supervisory role, with demonstrated success in leading technical teams and projects.
• Minimum 10 years of specialized experience in asset management, reliability engineering, or maintenance strategy.
• Required: Valid PRC Engineering License; preferred: CAMA/CRL/CMRP or similar reliability certifications.

Responsibilities

• Review gaps between asset life cycle management plans and recommended strategies, with a transition roadmap.
• Establish and oversee KPIs for maintenance and reliability; standardize practices across Renewable Energy units.
• Oversee asset management governance: Lifecycle Management, ACA, FMECA, and ECA.
• Lead Asset Performance Management (APM) implementation and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Govern RCA and incident management; ensure action items have owners and monitoring.
