Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a senior leader for Asset Performance, Reliability & Operational Excellence across the Renewables fleet (hydro, Geothermal, solar, wind, BESS) to maximize asset value and reliability. The role governs RAM/RCM, CPAR/FRACAS, 10–20 year LCMPs, and ISO 55001 compliance while driving CMMS optimization and KPI dashboards.

You will chair the Asset Management Steering Committee, lead risk mitigation, and ensure high standards in maintenance excellence and outage governance across

Qualifications

• At least 15 years’ experience in power generation/utilities with asset management and reliability engineering.
• Deep experience in ISO 55001 implementation, RAM/RCM, and CBM governance.
• Proven track record in plant performance monitoring and dashboarding (Power BI, OSI PI).
• Experience in 10–20 year LCMP creation and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Establish end-to-end governance across performance monitoring, reliability engineering, asset strategy, maintenance, and operational excellence.
• Develop performance standards and guidelines for fleet, track availability and efficiency metrics.
• Lead RCAs and FRACAS/CPAR governance to eliminate failures.
• Drive implementation of executive dashboards and real-time performance analytics.
• Develop ISO 55001-aligned asset management strategy and long-term lifecycle plans.
