AboitizPower is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliable operation of mechanical systems across our Sibulan facilities. You will lead inspections, predictive maintenance, RCA investigations, and outage planning to optimize uptime and asset life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 3 to 5 years work experience in Rotating Machines; Hydraulic Power Unit, Bearing and Motors.
• At least one (1) year of related experience in Mechanical Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Implements the Mechanical Maintenance Program to ensure efficient operation.
• Leads Predictive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring programs to identify early failure trends and improve reliability.
• Supervises mechanics in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities.
• Plans and supervises rehabilitation and installation of mechanical equipment, ensuring standards are met.
