Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Reliability Engineering Expert for EI&C systems in the Philippines. You will assess and optimize electrical, instrumentation, and control assets to maximize availability, reliability, and cost-effective maintenance across lifecycle projects.

You will lead governance of asset management processes (ACA, FMECA, ECA), drive data analytics, and oversee APM integration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements and community impact.

Qualifications

15+ years in engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 10 years in a management or supervisory role leading technical teams and projects.
Minimum 10 years of specialized experience in asset management, reliability engineering, or maintenance strategy.
Required: PRC Engineering License (relevant discipline).
Preferred: CAMA/CRL/CMRP or similar reliability certifications.

Responsibilities

Review and optimize asset management strategies across lifecycle plans.
Establish and monitor KPIs for maintenance and reliability; standardize practices across RE units.
Oversee governance of lifecycle management, ACA, FMECA, and ECA processes.
Support Asset Performance Management (APM) implementation and data integrity.
Lead RCA and incident management across renewable energy tech; ensure action owners.
Develop data management strategy for asset reliability data; enable analytics.
