Job summary

Aboitiz Power Corporation is seeking a Plant Maintenance Planner responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring preventive maintenance of the plant’s main and auxiliary equipment under the asset management system. The role involves updating maintenance plans, coordinating outages, and ensuring spares availability with O&M and SCM to support reliable plant operation.

The position requires strong collaboration with O&M, CBM analysis, budgeting support, and adherence to defined asset

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor preventive maintenance servicing of plant equipment per asset management system.
Evaluate, update, optimize and audit preventive maintenance plan with O&M.
Prepare 3-year GOMP with O&M including quarterly revisions.
Coordinate with site AMP for planned outages (GOMP) to NGCP.
Organize site CBM program and monitor maintenance schedule.
Analyze CBM trends and trigger reviews with maintenance team.
Update maintenance plan with CBM learnings.
Monitor engine performance tests and calibration plans for tools and instruments.
Update ACA and FMECA databases.
Assist O&M in annual budget preparation.
Monitor Annual Procurement Plan and spare parts inventory with SCM.
Order/expedite spare parts and set inventory levels for rotable spares.
Audit availability of rotable and non-rotable spares.
Perform other tasks as assigned by team leader.
