Job summary

The role requires 15+ years in engineering with 10+ years in reliability/asset management or maintenance strategy, including hydro power experience, and a valid PRC Engineering License. CMRP, CAMA, or CRL is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering or related technical experience.
• 10+ years in reliability engineering, asset management, or maintenance strategy with hydro power plants.
• Strong experience in power generation, renewable energy, or industrial assets.
• Valid PRC Engineering License in a relevant discipline.
• CMRP, CAMA, CRL, or similar certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability engineering and asset management for plant assets and mechanical systems.
• Develop and optimize maintenance strategies to improve reliability and asset lifecycle.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and technical incident investigations.
• Conduct Asset Criticality Analysis (ACA), FMECA, and Equipment Criticality Analysis (ECA).
• Review maintenance programs, reliability KPIs, and lifecycle management plans.
• Provide technical oversight for equipment upgrades, replacements, and reliability projects.
• Support risk management, Management of Change (MOC), and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering and maintenance teams.
