Release Train Engineer

Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)

Schedule: Regular Shift | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) who will play a key role in leading Agile Release Trains (ART) and supporting multiple Agile teams in delivering high‑quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments and excellent leadership, facilitation, and coordination skills.

Key Qualifications

• Familiarity with DevOps, continuous delivery, and flow‑based delivery practices
• Proven experience serving as Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Leader in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment
• Demonstrated experience facilitating ART‑level ceremonies and coordinating across multiple Agile teams

Roles and Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and ceremonies, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
• Coordinate and align multiple Agile teams to ensure smooth delivery and program execution
• Monitor program progress, risks, and dependencies, and help resolve impediments impacting delivery
• Support teams in adopting and improving SAFe practices and Agile principles
• Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery goals
