Job summary

GCash, a leading fintech platform in the Philippines, seeks an experienced Release Manager/RTE to lead mobile app releases and end-to-end deployment. You will coordinate cross-team efforts, manage deployment schedules, and ensure smooth production changes across platforms.

The role requires 2-3 years in release management within financial or technical industries, with SAFe/Agile exposure and incident management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical degree, or equivalent to project management.
• 2-3 years of release management experience.
• Service/incident management experience.
• Experience in Agile/SAFe environments and programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Program Manager for mobile app releases and end-to-end deployment.
• Coordinate deployment changes across platforms to avoid business-hour disruptions.
• Review and approve deployment requests for schedule and impact.
• Provide guidance for QA regression impact analyses and onboarding for new SMs.
• Support release deployment across all platforms.
