Job summary

Credit Saison India seeks a proactive Relationship Manager to build and manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored wealth and banking solutions. The role covers Vijayawada and surrounding regions, with a focus on cross-selling loans, deposits, investments, and advisory services.

You will conduct regular portfolio reviews, present financial proposals, and maintain strong client relationships while meeting branch targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or banking, preferably in Vijayawada.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including retail banking, corporate banking, or wealth management.
• Proficiency in Telugu and English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients in Vijayawada and surrounding regions.
• Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate financial products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and wealth management solutions.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review financial portfolios, understand evolving needs, and provide personalized advice.
• Prepare and present financial proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company policies.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Resolve client queries and issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations, product development) to deliver seamless client service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reporting.
