Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn client servicing, financial analysis, and credit evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates credit applications and monitors account performance.
• Prepares approval documents and coordinates with internal teams for sound credit decisions.
• Markets for new loan accounts and presents accounts for approval.
• Screens loan applicants by evaluating credit worthiness.
• Conducts financial analysis and credit packaging.
• Coordinates with Legal and Collections sectors on problematic accounts.
• Responds to queries, complaints, or requests from borrowing clients, and attends loan committee meetings as needed.
