Job summary

Metrobank is hiring a Relationship Manager for the Commercial Banking Division in Davao City. You will drive growth of the loan and deposit portfolio, manage end-to-end client relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions while upholding credit quality and compliance.

You will build long-term client partnerships, assess creditworthiness, coordinate with internal teams, and identify new business opportunities across loans, deposits, trade, and treasury products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant account management experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong credit evaluation and financial statement analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and calls.
• Monitor client accounts and address issues to ensure smooth service.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients.
• Provide banking solutions across loans, deposits, trade, and treasury.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and prepare loan proposals with financial analysis.
