• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Chemistry, Engineering, Marketing, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with strong business-related knowledge.
• Ability and desire for sales work with a confident and determined approach.
• Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
• Ability to work both in a team and perform independently.
• Preferably 1-4 years experienced in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers through personal contact, meetings, or telephone communication
• Act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets
• Gather market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery, and customer specifications
• Assist management with forthcoming products and discuss special promotions
• Review own performance and aim at exceeding targets
• Record sales and order information and report to the sales department
• Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to respective employer
