Job summary

ORIX METRO Leasing and Finance Corporation is seeking a Relationship Specialist to grow an existing portfolio and generate new business. You will manage client visits, prepare credit proposals, and ensure compliance with policy and regulations.

The role requires onsite daily reporting in Tarlac Branch, driving skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Fresh graduates are welcome with initiative and readiness to contribute.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to report onsite daily in Tarlac Branch.
• Driving skills with valid license required.

Responsibilities

• Explore and initiate development of new borrowing accounts through direct solicitations, dealer referrals, and similar initiatives.
• Monitor market movements and changes in clients’ needs and developments in financial products.
• Conduct regular client and plant visits to build relationships and obtain account developments.
• Secure pre-approval requirements to evaluate the borrower's credit risk profile.
• Package credit facilities and prepare corresponding credit proposals.
• Prepare marketing write-ups and input to credit evaluation processes.
• Maintain complete documents in credit folders and ensure CIS/AMS data accuracy.
