Job summary

ORIX METRO Leasing and Finance Corporation is seeking a Relationship Specialist to grow an existing portfolio and generate new business to expand the client base and meet volume targets.

You will explore new borrowing accounts, monitor market movements, conduct client visits, and prepare credit proposals while ensuring compliance with BSP regulations. Fresh graduates welcome; driving skills are required, and you will report onsite daily in Baguio City Branch.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to report onsite daily in Baguio City Branch.
• At least 1 year of experience in leasing and financing is a plus.
• Fresh graduates welcome; demonstrate performance, initiative and readiness to contribute immediately.
• Driving skills required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Explore and initiate development of new borrowing accounts through direct solicitations, dealer referrals, and similar initiatives
• Monitor market movements and changes in clients’ needs and developments in financial products
• Conduct regular client and plant visits to maintain relationships and gather account updates
• Secure all pre-approval requirements to evaluate credit risk profile
• Package credit facilities and prepare corresponding credit proposals
• Submit marketing write-ups, ICRRS data, and other credit information for evaluation and approval
• Prepare call reports after client visits or significant developments
• Conduct periodic reviews and account classifications for deteriorating credits
• Ensure complete documentary requirements prior to releasing proceeds
• Ensure loan/lease availments comply with BSP regulations
• Complete Client Assessment Form for AML/CTF program and related documents
• Maintain confidentiality of client records
• Keep documents updated in credit folders
• Ensure CIS/AMS data is complete and up-to-date
• Coordinate funding and pricing with Treasury as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned
