Job summary

Security Bank seeks a Universal Banker to drive in-house selling and cross-selling of bank products while building lasting customer relationships. You will handle account openings, placements, roll-overs, and a range of financial transactions with accuracy and compliance.

You’ll identify customer needs through consultations and branch interactions, achieve sales targets, and uphold bank policies. Relevant branch banking experience and strong customer service are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of branch banking experience in tellering or new account transactions.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-service focus.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and nurture relationships through branch activities and marketing calls.
• Open and service new CASA accounts, placements, renewals, and related banking transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Assist walk-in customers with financial solutions and establish new banking relationships.
• Verify and process account opening documents in accordance with bank policies.
