Job summary

Security Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to identify client needs and nurture relationships through targeted calls and referrals. You will assist walk-in customers with new CASA accounts, placements, renewals, and other financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate service in line with operations guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of branch banking experience in tellering or new account transactions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Administration / Studies, Economics, Marketing, Finance / Accounting / Banking or related fields.
• Good interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, strong customer orientation, and sales aptitude.
• Flexible, detail-oriented team player, ability to multi-task and has a pleasant disposition.

Responsibilities

• Process account opening, placement, roll-over / termination of maturities of TD, UITF, and other SBC products in accordance with set policies and procedures.
• Processes over-the-counter transactions and requests in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures and acts as co-approver.
• Reports fraud / potential fraud or any irregularities to proper authorities to prevent / detect fraud.
• Co-custodian of: Main Vault Door and Cash Safe, ATM, and CAM; secondary custodian of combinations and keys as per policies.
