The role sits in Integrated Compliance Services (ICS) and oversees multi-year programs across regions, driving enterprise resiliency and regulatory alignment. The candidate brings 10+ years in regulatory compliance or governance, strong leadership and stakeholder engagement, and a track record in policy governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or governance.
• Expertise in regulatory transformation, policy governance, and business continuity planning.
• Strong program management, governance reporting, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s or relevant certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead Regulatory Transformation: Design and execute transformation strategies across regions and units.
• Governance & Reporting: Deliver executive and board-level reporting and translate data into insights.
• Policy Governance: Oversee end-to-end policy lifecycle management.
• Compliance Organizational Resiliency (COR): Embed resiliency in operations and training.
• Continuous Improvement: Close process gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Leadership & People Development: Lead and mentor cross-functional compliance teams.
