Qualifications

• At least 10-12 years work experience in regulatory compliance, governance, auditing and risk management.
• Certificate LLB, MBA, CISA, CIA, CAMS, CRCM, CBCP is a big advantage.
• Knowledgeable with financial, banking or landscape industries.

Responsibilities

• Leading the global coordination and execution of regulatory remediation.
• Overseeing the development of Business Continuity Plans for regulatory functions.
• Tracking the implementation of quarterly controls.
• Providing strategic direction and oversight for a high-performing team.
• Ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
