Job summary

Taishin International Bank Co., Ltd Singapore Branch is seeking a contract regulatory reporting professional to support MAS daily compliance reports, statutory returns, and data-driven financial operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration with the head of department.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma or ACCA equivalent and hands-on experience with AgileReporter and Excel, handling large data sets and complex inter-system processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy, Business or ACCA equivalent required.
• Experience in accounting, finance or regulatory reporting preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AgileReporter and MS Excel.
• Experience with large data and inter-system complexities.
• Strong understanding of accounting policy and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory submission and reporting with primary focus on MAS daily compliance reports, MAS 610, MAS 649 and DTCC frameworks.
• Participate in structural resubmission of critical statutory returns.
• Address, remediate, and attend to urgent ad-hoc data requests and clarification queries from management or regulatory authorities.
• Compile and validate routine head office data packages.
• Ensure all re-submitted reports align with head office regulatory authorities' standards.
• Support accounting operations including journal data entry and financial system operations.
• Support month-end ledger closing process.
• Support the Head of Department on financial control, statutory reporting, regulatory alignment, and management reporting matters.
• Attend to ad-hoc requests from management or regulators.
