Responsibilities

• Process corporate action events for Singapore and international markets accurately and within established timelines.
• Ensure smooth daily operations by meeting Service Level Indicators (SLAs) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond promptly to queries from internal business units and external stakeholders.
• Comply with documented procedures, operational controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Support ad hoc projects, process improvements, and other assigned initiatives.
